Good morning your honor. We are here this morning to bring charges against former President George W. Bush. You will note that the first charge on my impeccable driving record, resulting in the improper suspension of my license, was for telling the “President” that “the school bus has to stop for the sign.” His use of the CIA for the illegal kidnapping of innocent civilians is unconstitutional and also violates international law. His deliberate violation of federal law allows us to bring the charge of high treason. His allowance of torture, perhaps unknowingly through the office of the vice President, though not likely, has resulted in the murder of a uniformed Iraqi General. His death is also confirmation of this country’s obligation and failure to obey the Geneva Convention and allows this citizen the right to bring a charge of murder in the first degree against George w. Bush. I am not interested in the vice president or any other American serving under the illusion of patriotism by the former commander in chief.

The President does not have the right to use the ruse of ‘Homeland’ or ‘National Security’ in a manner that ignores federal, state as well as international law. That is my point for the indictment and half of the reason I stand here now.

You will also note that I have destroyed one of the court’s many pagan bibles  by removing the book of genesis from it’s stable. The book is filled with fictitious lies about Adam, Eve and Able. It’s presence violates the US Constitution’s ‘no establishment clause’ and if North Carolina wishes to remain a state in this union we call America, the time has come for it’s removal. Do you wish to speak for the State judiciary and secede from the union or will you do the right thing and remove this abomination from my presence by accepting the motion to become a genuine member of the United States of America with obedience to it’s charter?

Granddaughter : GrandPa, if God can make all things work together for good, why is antinomianism often stressed as evil if it’s practiced in the body of christ?

GrandPa : Well, for starters, christians could swear on bibles, then turn around and ask christ to forgive their “sin” for swearing an oath to the Constitution and be forgiven because they promise to repent, effectively rendering the Constitution “a god damned piece of paper!” Gomer Wardick, (“God’s” burning Bush and America’s sitting President. “God called me to be a war president! yeee hahh, bring it on.”)

Granddaughter : How can a President who believes such nonsense be of use to God and a loyal servant of the American people?

GrandPa : Well, if all things are possible with “God,” and the President is free to lie to Congress about Niger yellowcake and misdirect truth in order to invade Iraq and protect the oil reserves, perhaps “God’s” end game is a war crimes tribunal, given the fact America’s Congress and judiciary are also hoping “God” can make deceit work for good. Their actions indicate they would prefer to sit this one out. “Impeachment at such a stressful time (created by the Pentagon’s skunk works programs which laid the framework for 9.11), would be counterproductive to America appearing united against the evil” (without realizing that such a perspective, makes us the evil).

Granddaughter : The President has begun to build his retirement bubble by saying that Americans began to loose affection because of the way he “mishandled Hurricane Katrina.” He believes everything else he’s done is kosher, all the lies and deceit. Will he ever find peace?

GrandPa : Well, he is a pretender, and has said that “ ‘christ’ (sic) changed my life.” Maybe he should go bathe in a pool and pretend the water is blood from all the death he has caused. After a good swim through the evil he could consider himself one with the blood that makes all things work together for good! But I really think a war crimes tribunal would be more cathartic for humanity as a whole. We could end up doing away with the security council veto and work toward becoming good stewards of the earth! Israel would have to shrink and the body of christ will have to die, but that’s a small price to pay for the future of the children. (And that was the reason he was in the classroom on the 11th of September, eh!)

Dear Nancy, (Speaker of the House of Representatives for the citizens of the United States of America.)

This morning’s episode of “Democracy Now” included a clip which has you broadcasting a view that wants to put a band aid on AIPAC and ask where do we go from here? Calling Israel a friend of America and democracy is not a solution, primarily because America is no longer a real democracy. Anything that tends to create the illusion that Israel is holy is counterproductive. I’ve heard other quotes in other places, one of which you used some old testament scripture to sculpt some point that probably had no real value in the establishment of truth. Truth is something that is required in the here and now, so I’ll be frank. Are you a christian? Here’s the kicker. Are you prepared to remove the mountain of band aids Congress has applied since funding the ‘67 war? Are you prepared to do your homework and renounce “christ,” which also allows you to respect the remnant of words Jesus may have actually uttered?

I have begun reading Dennett’s “Breaking The Spell.” As an American reading the work of another American, I encourage you to go and do likewise. Perhaps you will be able to ‘go’ where your constituency cannot go, see more clearly and be willing to sacrifice your office in order to do the right thing. Sweeping the illegal occupation under the carpet with the name of Jesus is also futile and quite counterproductive.

I suspect that Dennett’s work is going to be and has been a boon for all who have taken the challenge to read it. It doesn’t matter if he’s a believer or not. If he’s working with issues that will bring peace does that not still make him a ‘child of God,’ regardless of whether he believes in a divine diety? In fact, I suspect this man’s grasp of reality makes him of more use to “God” than Wardick and his entourage of faithful adherents to the illiteracy being perpetuated by every Sunday School in America. Are you able to ask the question, “what if Jesus didn’t rise from the tomb as portrayed with Easter imagery?” What if someone made it all up and used the teachings of Jesus as an evangelical exercise for judaism “with a skin face?” (one of my wife Pat’s favorite stories. She happens to be an ordained minister. I’m just the simple son of a marine who was serving in Camp Lejeune on the 11th day of September of 1955, my birth date.)

I know I often write like the proverbial ‘bull in the china shop’ but, given all the bull shit that’s been created, just in the last 2,000 years, I feel quite at home with my sacrilegious attitude being the primary tool of choice for our President’s display of godly (read godless with sarcasm) wisdom. If you stand with christ, you stand with the ignorance that motivates our President’s obtuse view of reality, a view that would leave all children behind by indoctrinating them with nonsense about original sin and the need for christ as a personal friend. It’s time to grow up Nancy and be an American with genuine leadership skills. Calling Jesus “Lord” is not going to get the job done. Marines are putting their lives on the line. Can you reciprocate by putting your faith on the chopping block of honest inquiry by reading this one book? I hope so, because “God” wants to bless America and deliver it from the two dimensional box created by that stupid war in heaven. Why was it stupid? First of all it’s based in fiction that act’s like a precedence for American foreign policy, currently riddled with the religious superstitions created by judaism.

grandpa gnofleas : With all due respect sir, I am more concerned with removing our soldiers and marines from the offices of  their illegal service as unwitting minions for international capitalism. Chief Justice Roberts, do you think stepping down from your post, with the hope that doing so will save American lives (thrust into the illegality of our Wardick’s actions) would be an honorable one, even given the likelihood our new President would not accept it?

Chief Justice Roberts : I’m afraid my stepping down with any of my colleagues will only exacerbate the problems at hand. How’s about we all “swear to forsake our dependence on judaism to butter our bread, repent and forsake the ignorance of atonement doctrine, and try to return to a state of genuine respect for the Constitution and it’s “no establishment of religion” clause?

12.18.08  Dismantling The GOP

The best way to diminish the influence of the GOP in future elections is to liberate the party from it’s religious ignorance. This also helps to aid centrists and secularism by defanging and belittling much of the ignorance that dwells in many (catholic) democrats too!

The theory:  ‘when we properly define’ ‘what it means to be a human being,’ it will make it easier for some human beings to become comfortable, once again,  with their identity as Americans (instead of wannabe, hoop jumping, bastard, ‘spiritual jews’).

There are, unfortunately, many Americans who believe salvation is the ultimate prize for their faithful running of their race (witness) and a prerequisite for membership in “God’s”  eternal hallelujah  club. These same Americans are certain that entering the pearly gates requires being washed in the blood of a lamb, which used to be the blood of a goat until the one who became their lamb told them  “to stick it, their primitive theology, dogma, legalism and ritual, where the sun doesn’t shine.”  (He was crucified for his objectivity, the  sane usage of logic and reason!)

Stripping the church of it’s ignorance, by taking away it’s use of pagan fiction, strengthens America by sidestepping the collateral damage, the influence that comes when we fail to have true separation of church and state at every level. Secular people do not see countries as holy or unholy. What does a bastard American  jew who prefers to call him or herself a christian have to say about Israel stealing the West Bank again???

Rachel Corrie was an American  and a human being,  not a lukewarm pseudo citizen, an uncaring jew, or a christian who could not stand the thought of Palestine and it’s citizens standing in the way of  rebuilding their blasphemous dream of Zion. Rachel’s humility was exemplary. Few in government are willing to stand and stand with the truth that demands  we wash the feet of those born as Palestinians. The state of Palestine must become a reality by denouncing the ignorance of judaism’s make believe about Adam and Eve.  If half of America’s adult population want to play ‘let’s pretend there was original sin,’ fine. Just keep the ignorance out of our foreign policy. Stop paying for the illegal occupation of Palestine. Stop trying to govern America’s liberties with heretical use of the name  “Jesus!”

12.11.08 Presidential Repentance

Granddaughter : GrandPa, did the President ever rescind his order not to photograph the coffins of those who’ve died in their service to our country while serving in Iraq and Afghanistan and return to Andrew’s under the dark of night, or is he still trying to hide his deceit from broad daylight?

GrandPa : I do not know how the matter is being handled now. I can only say that his initial decision was almost as upsetting to me as the news about Rachel’s death, which I did not learn of until weeks after the tragic event took place.

If any of you folk think I am trying to rain on your preparations for holiday joy, think of it as Rachel taking love into the next dimension, beyond the boundaries of Adam and Eve and into a world that longs to be free of the religious suffering caused by the many forms of religious tyranny. Rachel’s love was not the only event that helped to stop me in my tracks and deeply ponder this nation’s acts. You can never underestimate her influence upon my perspective and I do not believe this nation’s media has or had the right to sweep that horror under the carpet, the way it does almost everything else our nation does with it’s covert ‘ollie’ ops. No one in their right mind can whole heartedly say they are proud to be Americans unless they are striving to make America stronger. I said America, not bible land. There’s a world of difference, as one strives to dwell in reality with equality while the other pretends to be ‘godly’ and demands that everyone else act like them because they believe in fairytales.
